All grant applications are to be made via this website using the on-line Application Form. It is important that all applicants carefully read the section on this website entitled Eligibility Criteria to ensure your request fits within the Foundation's requested criteria.
All applications must include the following three items:
- Completed on-line Application form
- A written submission that is no more than 3 A4 pages submitted using your organisation's official letterhead, signed by either the CEO; a Director; or the Department Head
- A copy of the applicant's Deductible Gift Recipient Endorsement document from the Australian Taxation Office
